The Case for Easterby Lee StrobelThis little book(let) is nothing more than the product of some marketing genius’s ploy to make a few extra bucks. The Case for Easter, so far as I can tell, is a verbatim copy of the resurrection chapters that were originally found in The Case for Christ. Someone decided to take those chapters, put them in their own binding, re-title it, and sell it in the Spring. So, when you see this little book somewhere and have the chance to pick it up for a couple of bucks, skip it. Especially if you already have The Case for Christ. And if you don’t have Case for Christ, go pick that one up. It’s certainly worth the cost and time to read. EditorsStanding-Alone.com The Editors do not advocate everything taught by the authors of the books we review. Like us, these authors are fallible humans and those who choose to read these books should measure them by the bible, the one true standard. |
