Dear Agnosby Arlie J. HooverSubtitled, "Letters to An Agnostic In Defense of Christianity," Dear Agnos begins by saying "I'm a Christian and I want you to become one also... If you're afraid that the evidence for Christianity might be good enough to [convert you], put this book down right now! If you're honest enough to look at my case for Christianity, read on!" Hoover begins by showing how it is philosophically impossible, apart from faith, to be an athiest: that just as they say it's impossible to prove there's a God, so it is also impossible to prove that there's not. From there he jumps into the issue of faith, types of evidence, evidences for God's existence, miracles, and various points about Jesus. Although he does not go as detailed into certain things as Lee Strobel does in his books, he does cover a more broad scope of things, which has the benefit of answering more questions. In all honesty, I don't think this is the world's best book on evidences. However, it is good enough to be worth your time. It can give you answers to a lot of different questions that athiests and agnostics ask, and does so in an easy-to-understand way.
